Definitely! You begin with our free plan when you create your account, and there is no need to provide credit card information. Once you are ready, you can easily upgrade to a paid plan to enhance your teams experience.

All of our paid plans are billed on a monthly basis starting from the day you upgrade to one of our paid options. For example, if you upgrade on March 15th, your account will be charged on the 15th of every subsequent month. 

Oh yeah, downgrading is a breeze! As long as your account fits within the parameters of the lower plan, you are good to go. However, keep in mind that you would not be able to downgrade plans or addons for 24 hours after making changes to your subscription. We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription anytime – just give our support team a holler and we will take care of the rest!

At MangoHR, we are all ears and secretive when it comes to data privacy. We take privacy very seriously, which is why we’ve implemented exclusive privacy controls that allow you to manage who has access to your data. Our support personnel won’t be able to sneak-peek any of your data unless you grant them explicit access on a need-to-know basis. MangoHR is one of the few HRIS systems that takes privacy to the next level with such top-notch controls in place.

Although we do not wish to let you go, you can still easily cancel your MangoHR account in a few steps. There are no fees and no lock-in period, so you can cancel anytime you want. Just keep in mind that we are unable to offer prorated refunds if you do decide to cancel. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you would not be charged any further. 

We understand it can be challenging for anyone to implement and employ a new tool, which is why MangoHR’s default implementation is already employee-friendly. We provide all the assistance needed in using MangoHR for salary structures and Payroll compliance at no extra cost – it’s included in the setup fee! We can also suggest leave policies, attendance tracking, and other HR operations, but we recommend customizing them to fit your specific business requirements. Don’t worry, we’ll be there to offer guidance whenever you need it!
